Been to The Den before? Then you’ll know our specials board is always full of tasty, experimental new burger ideas, homemade cheesecakes, scrumptious shakes and more.
Here at Lyons’ Den we’re always looking for our next menu addition. The last time we updated our menu seven of the new dishes had previously featured on our specials board. It is a great opportunity for us to showcase our new ideas and also a chance to trial our more wild ideas!
In recent times the specials menu has included:
The Spanish Chorizo Burger – 8oz beef and chorizo burger stuffed with cheddar cheese, topped with local smoked dry cured bacon, caremilised red onion, tomato, Red Leicester cheese and burger sauce.
The Aussie Burger – 6oz beef patty, topped with streaky bacon, a pineapple ring, beetroot, a fried egg, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.

Reese Pieces cheesecake.
Milky Way cheesecake.
And currently on the specials menu:
The Hobson’s – 6oz beef patty, Hobson’s ale and wholegrain mustard cheese, caramelized red onion, tomato and mayonnaise.
Kicked by a Mule – 6oz beef patty, hot chilli cheese infused with jalapenos, chilli, cayenne pepper and garlic, topped with streaky bacon, fried onions, lettuce, tomato and burger sauce.
Italiano (v) – Breaded and fried mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, rocket and mayonnaise.
Lemon, Lime and Thyme Chicken Burger – Zesty breaded chicken, rocket, sour cream, tomato and mayonnaise.
Snickers cheesecake with salted caramel ice cream and peanut dust.
We love our specials board. For our super-keen customers it means there is always something new to try and for our staff and kitchen it always gives us the chance to think of something new.
